Samira Ali BinDaair is an international development expert with 21 years experience in the Middle East, including the Centre for Documentation and Research and the Cultural Foundation in the United Arab Emirates. She has an M.A. in Education (Curriculum Development) from the University of Manchester in the UK and a B.A. from the University of Karachi in English Literature, with minors in Philosophy and Sociology. She has written on education in the Middle East, including a book on Educational Changes in the UAE. Samira currently resides in Sanaa, Yemen, with her husband and three children.
